Section seventeen. The Division shall keep documents in the admission, treatment and periodic overview of all persons admitted to amenities under its supervision. This kind of documents shall be non-public and never open up to public inspection except (one) on appropriate judicial purchase whether in reference to pending judicial proceedings, (two)
